Project Description:

We are looking for a full-time position where you are expected to contribute 40 hours/week. Individual web/voip developers ONLY, no agencies/companies/groups.

Our company is an exciting audio conferencing company. We are in need to develop our conference bridge and also develop new applications.

You will be working with our team members on a daily basis to share creative ideas, identify project requirements, provide project proposals and timelines, develop advanced web and voip applications, and test and debug your applications.

Fluent English is a must. You will be communicating project manager on a daily basis.

We are looking for intelligent and innovative programmers that can not only get the job done on time, but also contribute to the creative process by sharing their ideas and input. Extensive experience with developing large scale Asterisk/voip/conference solutions is a must.

Qualifications:
* BS or BA in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or related field, or demonstrate equivalent training or technical experience.
* Minimum 3-5 years of coding experience
* Excellent programming, code development, debugging, testing, and troubleshooting skills.
* Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills; works well in small and medium size teams; strong analytical skills with excellent attention to detail. Must be able to write and speak fluent English.

Responsibilities:
* Communicate with team members on a daily basis to discuss project ideas, outlines, timeframes, progress, and management.
* Implement application features based on existing project specifications.
* Planning, development, and debugging of software.
* Perform code and test plan reviews; take responsibility for the quality of released software.
