We require a designer / developer who has excellent skills with converting PSD to HTML and strong skills and experience with creating PHP CMS websites.

We need a video ctutorial created that shows the whole process from PSD to HTML to PHP CMS with MySQL. You will need to keep a text document open while you create the video to give a commentary on what you are doing at each step. I have a number of examples of the CMS already made. These examples show the standards and functions that you will need you to include and you can use the source code from the previous examples as much as you like to create the finished product.

Our existing team of developers usually take 2 days from being provided the psd to complete the whole process. Of course I understand this may take you a bit longer with keeping the video capture rolling and making notes at each step to describe what is going on.

A good eye for details is important. You must be thorough, reliable and be able to achieve a really professional finish on all work so please only bid if you can demonstrate some great original material in your portfolio. Please only bid if you are a professional and you are confident in being able to produce the website with small overall filesize - the finished website should be no more than 400kb including images and bkg etc..

I need you to complete the whole process as soon as possible - so an immediate start is preferred.

At the end of this project I want the website finished beautifully and the video tutorial showing the whole development process.

My payment terms are rigid - so please no negotiation.

I will pay you at the completion of the successful project, I will not pay into escrow and I will not be paying in advance so please do not bid if that is what you want.

This amount I will pay you when you complete the task - I need this task completed now so I have a time limit of 4 days - If you connot complete the task within 4 days i will start another person to do the job and in this situation you will not be paid. SO AGAIN - PLEASE DO NOT BID if you are not confident in being able to do this task.
