simple flash to replace background image

i currently have a background image that is 2000px wide & 470px high. i use css to position this background image to the top & center of it's parent div. with larger resolutions more of the background image is viewable on either side, but the center remains in place, and vice versa with smaller resolutions. but because it's a background image, it doesn't cause horizontal scrollbars to appear in the browsers. now i've decided to change this background image to an swf to add some animation to the page. i need a blank swf (with the core fla file) that will do the same thing using actionscript rather than css (and still not create horizontal scrollbars). basically a 100% width, and 470px height that will auto-center an external swf that will contain my animations. this is a very simple & quick project, but i'm too busy with other projects to sit down and figure it out, so happy bidding!
