This is a commission based project only.You call FSBO's from local newspapers or go to the library and call nationally. Get FSBO's to list on urhomefsbo.com. Once they pay us, we pay you. Should be a easy sell, as a 3 month listing is just $145 and a 6 month listing is $225. If they listed with a Realestate company, they would pay 7% of the sell of their home. So this is a wonderful way for them to utilize the Internet, similar to the mls.
Users upload their own photos of their home, type in their own stats about their house, and get a yard sign that references that they are listed on urHOMEfsbo.com.
You are paid $50 per listing you secure. Payment can be unlimited, if you are good at this.
