Project Description:
Hi,I'm in need of a Customer Service assistant from the hours of 7am - 7pm eastern time. This person must have good writing skills & English voice with little to no accent. This person must have high speed internet, VoIP & Skype or Yahoo messenger. I will need a reliable person during these US hours. The call volume will vary from as little as 10 - 20 calls per week.
*Note: If you are working from home. Please be sure that there are no kids in the background. We will randomly call to check on the quality of your service.
The pay will increase after probationary period of 3 months to $35 per week.
Compensation:
$25 per week
$100 per month

I have full internet connection and work from home. I have both Skype and yahoo ID both running at the same time. I am online for 18 hours a day and can therefore provide required customer support. If the calls will be coming through skype free call or free video calls or yahoo messenger its okay otherwise you will pay the calls that i will make through my phone. If there is need for a VOIP telephone line, I will purchase it so that i am able to serve you better.
I understand customer support, customer care, customer handling techniques because the customer base if the economic growth of the business.
