Project Description:

Payment terms for this job are as follows.

20% into escrow - released once job is ready for beta testing.
40% into escrow at commencement of beta testing - released once beta testing complete and ALL key areas complete. Failure to complete key areas will result in the cancellation of the job.
40% final payment at completion of job

we are interested in a clone of www -dot- logotournament -dot- com with some modifications.

We would like this job completed within 20 days from commencement. If you cannot do this - do not bid.

You must be able to begin work immediately - so please make sure your bid includes adequate time frame to complete this job.

Your Bid must cover:
- All features from the original site (Backend/Frontend) including Paypal as payment processor.
This is VERY important - every feature from the current site must be the same with the addition of the ones mentioned below.
- Design change so the site does not look identical to the original
- All graphic elements will obviously need some changes.


Additional functions:

Changes to payment system to allow use of multiple paypal accounts to receive funds.

When posting a job - option to post the following types of jobs.
Logo design ( submissions at 350x280 1.25:1 )
poster ( submissions at 300w x 450h 1:1.5 )
full page add ( submissions at 280w x 385h 1:1.375 )
CD cover ( submissions 675w 300h 2.25:1 ) wide enough for cover - and back insert.
Album Cover ( submissions 350x350 1:1 )

These three options should also have the option of selecting one of the following ratios.

option 1 : 800x100 ( submission 480x60 8:1 )
option 2 : 1024x100 ( submission 615x60 10.24:1 )
option 3 : ( still need to confirm this size. )

magazine advertisement
option 1 small ad ( submission 350x280 1.25:1 )
options 2 Half Page horizontal ( submissions at 280w x 194h 1.45:1 )
options 3 Half Page vertical ( submissions at 140w x 385h 1:2.75)

Billboard
Option 1 60'W x 20'H (submissions 840w x 280h 3:1)
Option 2 48'W x 14'H ( Submissions 952w x 280h 3.4:1)
Option 3 40'W x 10'H ( submissions 1120w x 280h 4:1)

When posting a job - the option to request the original files to be supplied once a winner is selected - this would simply be a check box - but would have an additional charge that we can change at any time.

When you are logged in and view a contest - the option to click on a designers name and "invite" them to take part in your contest.


If you use open source code, you must advise us what parts are open source.

Once the job is complete, all copyrights and ownership for any coding you have done for this job will belong become our property.
