NORWEGIAN OSC SHOP NEEDS SEO/DESIGN/LAYOUT/FUNCTIONALITY

Project Description:
I need my layout/design refreshed!.There are also new functions I would like to have done, however, i'd like to be able to take one at a time, or a few, the most important functions first, and then i'll go from there.
First of all I need my website moved from its current location (DB and everything) to a new place I have, you will also haveto setup phpmyadmin at this new location.
BEFORE YOU GIVE A BID ON MY PROJECT, PLEASE READ BELOW THIS SENTENCE!.
I need someone who can take initiative, and see the solutions/design flaws that may or may not be there. Someone who really wants to show their skills.My webshop really needs this to grow!. I also need someone who can do this as soon as their bid is accepted!.
If you already have projects you are working on, then please do not give a bid here, I need someone who is focused on this project. I would also like to mention that you must have very
good experience with PHP/OSC/DESIGN etc. The website/shop is in Norwegian!.

My OSC has already been customized by someone here at GAF.
Some of the functions I would like to have up and running ASAP:
1. Forum - Functions around the forum will be discussed.
2. SEO Work on my website, all pages. Also want to be able to set different meta on products.
3. Company name + product title in the headline of the browser. (had this before).
Currently I just have my company name.
4. Improved layout on the frontpage. (and elsewhere if you see needed)
5. News system (want to show headlines on frontpage)
6. Improved review system (pictures etc, there is also a bug in the code currently).
7. Image gallery on product_info page for the products, I have the idea.
8. Some resizing issues of the webpage, will show.
9. Hopefully get a improved resize code for my pictures, want bigger pictures on the frontpage.
10. Active cart on the frontpage (after you are logged in)
11. New banner system, which makes it possible to control 1 banner on the frontpage.
12. Be able to choose what products I want to have on the frontpage.
13. I would like to be able to post productvideos in the product_info.php aswell.
14. The adminpart also needs to be refreshed abit, the current system is awkward.
15. I suppose my OSC should be upgraded to the last edition? You will need to decide this and explain to me what can happen if we do it or not. I do not want to get hacked because I dident!.
