Please Read Fully ! before bidding . I am looking for a programmer who can almost clone a program thats out already . However I want some minor adjustments made to it . The program needs to be able able to stream live video into wherever I have the code embedded ( ie : website ) . The player needs to be Flash based and include an optional live chat feature with it . I need to be able to stream , live video feeds from webcam or hd camcorder hooked up via computer . I need the program based in HD option . I need to had a broadcast studio application ( control ) which will allow me to do the following things ... extract video via websites with link ( such as youtube ) and stream them live through my player . I need to be able to add real time graphics and text across the screen of the flash player ( as if i were live news on real tv ) and so on . The perfect example is www.livestream.com . If you go here they have the procaster which is free and a broadcast studio which does everything I am looking for . The downfall is you have to use this only with their site and I want to be able to do it through my site without the advertisement and so on . Please research and look at what im comparing too before you bid on project . Thanks
