Please provide a price per 100 contacts (including email addresses)

We are looking for lists of companies that use (or are considering using) outsourced medical billing services. Examples of companies include hospitals, medical practices, rehabilitiation facilities etc. We are looking for lists including:

-Company Name
-Senior manager (i.e., COO, VP of Operations, Office Manager, VP of Billing, Director of Operations, Billing Manager etc.)
- Company address
- Contact phone number
- Contact email address
- Company web site URL

We already use Hoovers, so we are not interested in acquiring a list generated by Hoovers.

Please provide a price per 100 contacts (including email addresses)
