Read CarefullyI have a great relationship with a current web designer/developer. Here is how it works: I create an Ms Paint sketch of the website, and pick images myself. The designer uses my input to design 3 (Home Page + Supplementary page + Contact Us) pages and create HTML files. Normally 2 days and the project is over. When you bid pls start your message with 'I get a good sketch and' so I know you read this.
Based on the idea that you only show your Photoshop skills and a bit more creativity, bid on the project now per project for design and development (HTML+CSS).
