Project Description:

I have a website with data implemented using RSS feeds.

The graphic design is made. The website must be quite simple with a Flash animated banner (a different picture for each page) with a white line drawing a simple design like in the sample (sample not animated).

A large part of the datas will be implemented by RSS feeds generated on demand. The "generator" is in french and so, somebody reading french will be a must.

Some part of the website will be with CMS or the like (agenda for example) so my client could upload content and modify news on the spot without external intervention.

Delay is short : the website must be online end of this month.
The hosting will be only in Linux environement.
