I am looking for an EXPERIENCED ORDER PROCESSOR ONLY! BIDDER MUST BE TECHNOLOGICALLY SAVVY, AND UNDERSTAND THE CELL PHONE BRANDS, NETWORKS, AND MODELS!!!!!!

I process orders on a daily basis. Here is how it works:

1) Customers buy unlock codes from my website daily. Currently processing roughly 50 unlock codes per week, but this will be doubled within the next few weeks.
2) When payment is made, 2 emails are sent to my inbox, one from Paypal, and one from Wordpress.
3) Information from the Wordpress email has to be sent to my suppliers (through their website), and then when my supplier sends a code back to my inbox..sometimes within minutes, sometimes hours. AS SOON as the code comes back to my inbox, it has to be sent to my customers along with instructions of how to input the code.
4) I have templated an email for each brand of phone, so that when a code comes back from the supplier, it is pasted into the email..the customers email address is put in the 'To:' box, and then you click send.
5) I will handle any questions or troubleshooting that may come up after you do your job.
6) YOUR ONLY JOB IS TO SUBMIT THE ORDER TO THE SUPPLIER (30 seconds per code), THEN WAIT, THEN WHEN YOU GET THE CODE BACK, YOU COPY A TEMPLATE EMAIL TO THE CUSTOMER, ATTACH THE CODE, AND SEND THE EMAIL.
7) ROUGHLY 2% of the time, you may have to email me to issue a refund to the customer. I will handle the refund part, but you will have to notify me immediately! I am almost ALWAYS accesible via Blackberry messenger or email.

BIDDER MUST HAVE A DECENT UNDERSTANDING OF CELLPHONE TECHNOLOGY, BRANDS, NETWORK CARRIERS, AND TERMINOLOGY....OR ELSE THIS WONT WORK!!!

IMPORTANT NOTES:
- My business hours will be from 9am - 12am EASTERN STANDARD TIME (EST), 7 days a week...EVERYDAY! This means that these will be your business hours as well! I understand if you're not able to do it for a day here and there, but you will be replaced quickly if it happens alot. Also, I will need to know if there are any changes in your schedule ASAP, because I will have to process the orders
- My business is based on QUICK TURNAROUND TIMES and EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE...I expect the same from you, otherwise you will be replaced FAST
- You will be paid at the end of the day, everyday through Paypal.com.
- You will be processing orders through my email address, so will have to have access to the internet from 9am-12am EVERYDAY. All orders can also be processed from your Blackberry, Windows Mobile, Palm phone if you have one, and are on the go. BUT THE EMAILS MUST BE ORGANIZED AND PROFESSIONAL!!!!
- You MUST have proof of past performance
- Would like you to be able to start immediately

I realize that you have to post minimum of a $30 bid, but please PM me your rate per processed order. You will NOT be paid per hour, but ONLY by processed order. You will be paid for any transaction that I have to refund to the customer, as it is not your fault if we cannot produce a code for the customer.

You will be paid at the END OF THE DAY, EVERYDAY by Paypal, and ONLY by Paypal.

NOTES:
- By 10pm EST, you will have to send me an Excel spreadsheet EVERYDAY with the orders that you processed for the day, and I will pay you based on this spreadsheet and my Paypal account.
- You will be paid based on a predetermined rate multiplied by how many transactions have been processed.
- Good communication is a must via email.
- I am hoping to work with someone who is already processing some type of orders during the same hours as me..and not just starting out

Must be able to start right away!!!!!

PLEASE ONLY BID IF YOU CAN COMMIT TO THE HOURS AND CAN DO THIS!! THIS IS ONGOING AND WE CAN BOTH MAKE GOOD MONEY DOING THIS!!


BUDGETING FOR ROUGHLY $.15 - $.25 per processed order..roughly 50 codes/week...but should be ATLEAST doubled very soon

This project is ongoing and is for someone who has other ongoing work as well. Orders are to be processed within 15 minutes of them coming into your inbox.
