Project Description:

I need a coder that has experience with Interspire Shopping Cart and Payment Gateways. Interspire currently does not offer any solutions for RECURRING PAYMENTS. I want this to be installed on my "Interspire Shopping Cart" as an Add-on.

What you need:
1. Know about the Authorize.net Recurring Billing API http://www.merchant-account-services.org/article/authorize-net-php-recurring-billing-api/1
2. Know about Interspire Shopping Cart Add-ons
3. Know about CISB compliance
4. Knowledge of php, mysql, etc.

It should do the following:
1. Enable me to create a new product and have the option to create recurring monthly payments. Essentially it would charge the customer the same price every month. This should be seamlessly integrated with the payment gateway.
2. Enable me to attach a monthly recurring payment to an already existing product. So if they purchase the product, they also have to pay for the recurring payment.
2. I want to have the ability to cancel the recurring payments based on their account
3. Language in the shopping cart should also be changed to make sure that it is clear the payment is monthly.
4. Allow the customer to login and see what they are subscribed to.
