Project Description:
We have a requirement for a web based crystal report written using VB.netThere will be a submission page which will include start date, end date and a drop down list of project codes populated from a table in an access database.
The start date and end date fields will require a javascript pop-up calendar to populate. I can supply all of the source code for this.
The report will need to look like the attached PDF file.
The submission page will need to look like the attached word document.
I have also attached a sample of the database.
