Project Description:
This website is going to be a product in video format website. I believed that this is going to be the future of buying and selling online. Since pictures doesn't tell in depth detail about the product. I want to change the online selling industry from pictures to video. With video, the seller can explain and show every inch and every angle about the product.So, I am looking for professional programmer/web-designer to build my website in the following:
PHP & MySQL ---> must be professional in this area.
AJAX ---> for searching technology.
CSS ---> for easy template changes.
FLASH ---> Flash Player. I will buy this player for integration just to save time. http://hdflvplayer.net/hd-flv-player-demo.php. Or you can come up with one that have the same or similarity features is ok too.
SEO Optimized.
Main processes/steps of this new website are:
1. Visitors visit my site
2. Register for Free account
3. User now can buy or Upload video (video of the product) for sell. Must support all video formats and then use FFMPEG to convert to FLV and MP4. ---> Video limitation is 1 minute.
4. Buyer pays for the product after watching the 1 minute video. Use Paypal as check out system.
5. Once the product is sold to someone. I, the owner of the site charge a 5-9% insertion fees off the final cost from the sold product.
6. Buyer requires providing feedback to the seller (usually after receiving the product). The same process applies to the sellers. After successfully received the payment in their Paypal account they are require to leave feedback to the buyer.
7. Sellers get rank. The more they sell the higher rank they'll become.
8. Last but not lease. Must have an internal messaging system for PM… This is for communicating between buyer and seller.
This ideal has been registered for copyright protection at COPYRIGHT.GOV.

Just one thing hosting for video share is a bit more complicated than usual one (and more expensive) There are special hostings for such sites I could show you some Other opportunity is dedicated server or good VPS
Problems are 2
1) need a bigger bandwidth (since each video is a big as size )
2) need special software ffmpeg (its is feree and I could install it on dedicated or VPS need root ssh access) to transform between video format
