Looking for an artist to design a 3D Google Sketchup of an existing site in the U.S., zip code: 21209, street: Green Meadow Parkway, house number: 6309; using Google maps satellite, Google maps street view, plat map with elevation lines, various design plans from a previous addition, and digital photographs (sent separately) as needed. This is a single family home that was changed and expanded and is now used by a congregation.

Task 1: Site plan with elevations and exterior features - View of existing exterior including views from 6315 Green Meadow (showing the hill with the houses at the top), 6215 Green Meadow and 6434 Edenvale. Any visible buildings on other properties should be included in very basic form. The significant slopes must be shown accurately. Use the in-season green coloring that the Google maps satellite view shows rather than the winter view that Google street view shows. Note that the digital photos indicate that the tree just to the south of the original house has been removed.

Task 2: Show accurate floor of existing addition (basement floor on northeast side of building) and extend that floor (under the floor of original house) until it reaches the surface of the hill to the southwest of the house. Show the distances between the house and the face of the hill and the place where the extended floor meets the hill.

Future 1 (not part of current bid): Complete current interior design.

Future 2 (not part of current bid): Design new addition based on written descriptions

Payment in full will be placed in Escrow through GetAFreelancer and released upon the successful completion and delivery of the job.

Timing is important! Completion up to two days after "Delivery Within" date is acceptable. Thereafter, 10% of price is reduced every 2 days unless customer agrees to a delay.
