I require a website for my sons scout troop, fairly generic promoting good healthy values
it must have public and password protected sections for

Joeys
Cubs
Scouts
Rovers
Venturers
Leaders
Parents

It must have public sections for

About us
Local Community
Wider Community
Fundraising

There must be a calendar for upcoming events and mailing lists for reminders

There must be facility for the leaders of each section to be sub editors of their own sections
as well as a "Group Leader" that is a sub editor for all sections.

There must be areas for lots of photos, (public and private) thumbnail and enlarged.
Video must also be supported

There must be areas to display the badges available and the requirements of each, within the public sections of each age groups

When each of the members logs in to the private area, they need to see the badges they have achieved, awarded by their particular leader or the group leader.

Private area of each member to hold personal information (medical / permission forms / address, contacts etc)

There must be sections for Camping and Cooking

There must be a small component of online fun stuff / games.
