Project Description:
We need someone to Redesign the following webpage http://tinyurl.com/ybdtkfrSite is currently running on Typo3. We do not need to keep it that way but we want a cms. Make suggestions if you like. Must run on PHP /Mysql. We also need SEO optimization.
You would need to provide some design mockups for presentation to the board of directors. After a design is chosen you need to create all necessry templates. Also all content should also be transferred into the new system.
We also need you to provide a css-template for a booking system that correspondes with the design we have chosen for the main page.
We will pay via GAF. 20% after mockup is chosen, rest when project is finished. But this is negotioable.
You will need to transfer all rights to us and sign an NDA. We have a time frame of 45 days
Please provide pages you designed. We need this done properly and we are willing to pay for this.

Customer wants some additions:
CMS should be able to work with multiple mandants/websites.
Frontend must be English/German multilanguage.
Clients wants a ecard functionality
Clients wants integration of Google Maps.
Client also wants some pages only visible after login (intranet functionality)
We prefer Joomla or Drupal at the moment.
