Project Description:

Need a blueprint for website which combines major elements of c2c & c2b segment. Examples of sites are below.

This is Phase I, pre-development, pre-coding stage project.
- You should be able to architect the website in a smooth & convenient work flow.
- We need the web site layout & database design.
- We need workflow & process flow document. It should be detailed with database design, so as it can be used by development team as blue print to build the website.
- Site layout design should be very pleasant to eyes and minimal colors – think google or craigslist.
- Should use Ajax, so user doesn't has to click too much back & forth.


If your company is winner & has capabilities for developing submitted site, we will prefer to retain same company. So Phase II may go to same company doing Phase I, provided that all criterias are met.
