Joomla expert wanted - template coding and component tweaks

Project Description:
We're looking for a joomla expert who can code a template from a psd design and also can add a few extra features and make some tweaks (and probably fix some bugs) to a component we bought. Among the extra features are payment gateway implementation (paypal and moneybookers), adding a few more fields to the database, email notifications... This won't be a simple project, however if you're good with joomla and php it won't be too hard either, it would be something you do everyday.Budget is $650 max, however i will probably select the lowest bidder who meets all the criteria - even if you don't have any ratings - must be ready until next Friday.
Good communication skills required and also good english.
Skills required:
CMS, Javascript, Joomla, PHP, SQLPublic Clarification Board
