Creloaded / OS Commerce updates to be installed

Project Description:

We require a programmer with extensive knowledge of Creloaded to update our two websites to the most recent release by installing the updates as provided by Creloaded.
1) Current installed version is CRE Loaded v6.2 B2B[11], needs to be updated to v6.4
2) Current installed version is [CRE Loaded6 v6.1a] with patch:0000, needs to be updated to v6.4

This must ensure functionality of any additional installed modules:

Google Checkout
Magnetic One export tools
Payment modules
Batch update
a few others

We also require problem solving for one of our sites which keeps logging the admin out when we try to do certain tasks, for example viewing the monthly sales report. If you keep logging in it will finally do it but always tries to log you out first. This happens with several different functions, not just reports.

We also require the batch update module installed on one of the websites (Already installed on the other)
