  We need to configure a2billing to work with an existing and pre-configured Elastix (it needs to be done in a virtual environment for test, and then it will be moved by us to the production server). We have trunks and routes in place.
  
  Also, we need to create a customer portal that EASILY gives the customer the option to self register, self pay, buy DID, or extend their plan, etc.
  
  We need to know how much will this cost, and about how long it will take. That's why we need someone with experience.

  Hi, thanks to all who have bidded so far!
  
  We are not looking for a designer or graphic artist, we already have one. We need someone who can configure and customize a2billing to work as a post-paid billing and provisioning system so our clients can use our free-pbx based system for residential VoIP.
  
  This bid is for people with expirience with a2billing, or with a custom already made billing system that works with Elastix or other Free-PBX distros.
