Layout artist to convert big book into little books

Project Description:
An artistic layout artist is needed to convert each large A4-sized book (about 110 pages) into about 20 little A5-sized books (about 15 pages each, with just a paragraph on each page). You will need to make each little storybook attractive in layout. We have a number of these projects, but please quote on 1 project (so 1 book to 20 small books).The big book is in A4 Portrait and the little books will be in A5 Landscape. You will be sent the big book in MS Word or PDF and be asked to create attractive, clean and stylish book layouts. Your output should be in MS Word only.
Please provide a low quote as the work will be quite easy and there will be ongoing work.
