i am looking to get 200 PR2 - PR5+ links for a Property web site, it is in joomla format, links must be from relevent sites house, builders and developers, loan, real estate. links must also be stataic and permanent.
i will allow the links to be in mixture of PR ranks but the higher the better 100PR 2, 60PR 3, and 40PR 4 and 5, this is to be on the page that contains the link and not on the main site, i will also give you 3 -4 different anchor texts to use.
links will have to be acquired over a period of 2 weeks so they look natural, payment will be made after a week upon receipt of excel report for each weeks work, i will verify each link and any link not meeting the criteria must be replaced.
1 - links must be permanent and static.
2 - links will need to be SEO and google friendly.
3 - no unethical or black/grey hat methods.
4 - cannot be on blocked robot, noindex/nofollow, rel=nofollow, redirected/cloaked, pages.
5 - pages should have been cached by google within the last 30 days so no dead sites.
6 - family friendly sites only
7 - maximum 20/30 external links on a page
8 - no blog comments, directories, web rings, social bookmarking, guest book, article, forums, FFA, classified or any spam sites.
9 - individual class C IPs and no network, scrapper sites, or sites with duplicate content.
10 - one link per domain.
11 - no orphanage page link and link page needs to be connected with other pages of the site.
12 - project must be completed within 1 month of winner selection
13 - weekly excel report will include link page URL, page PR, and the date the link was posted.

Also required 200 links from blog commenting
Links should be from dofollow blogs and related to realestate category. 50 % of the links should be on PR 1 + pages.
Comments should be well written and accepted .
