Project Description:
I am looking for a software that will keep track of our members and there payments. Our members and there family members will be entered in online, payment info entered (on a secure site of course), the billing info is then batched to a processor, then automatically upload back to the database when completed. We also need a way to categorize these members into different groups manually, ex. by doctor, then pull a report of collections by doctor. Example of the online form already created and ready is at http://www.unisondental.com/membership2.php. We need a database that will collect this information and the payments/non-payments processed. We would also like to pull reports of expiring credits/debit cards and be able to e-mail these members.Additional Project Description:
11/10/2009 at 16:59 EST:I have had many people ask what gateway I would use. I've been looking at Dow commerce as they have very good rates. I beleive they charge .24 cents per tranasaction and 2.04% for processing. If anybody knows of a good/cheap rate payment gateway I'm open to suggestions. thanks for all the interest so far.

My core expertise are .NET, I've around 9+ years of experience in developing different application. I have some suggestion for you, this application will not stop at a point, so it is better we developed it using funtastic ORM like NHibernate with ASP.NET MVC.
