.htaccess redirection with cookie stuffer

Project Description:

I need .hraccess redirect from one page of website to another domain.
All visitors that come on page example.com/page1 must be redirected www.affiliatesite.com.

Idea is increase visitors traffic to affiliate site without clicking or to create strategy that at least 50% visitors be pushed to click.

I want to exclude several IPs from redirection.

Freelancer must open free account at http://tracker247.com for testing the link.
Freelancer must have Skype name.

This is not job for 10 minutes . Freelancer will spend 2 hours for testing and creation of several variations of cookie stuffin/redirection code. Budget is $30 and I will not pick freelancer who offer more ,because this is really fast job.
