Project Description:

We need someone to finish the integration of www.sobreimoveis.com . It's a Real Estate search based website.

The site is mainly divided into 3 parts:
1. Website itself: http://www.sobreimoveis.com/index.php
2. Real Estate System - http://www.sobriemoveis.com/imoveis (http://www.realtysoft.pro/realestate/)
3. PHPBB3 Forum - http://www.sobreimoveis.com/forum

These 3 sections must all connect to each other (single sign on). The last programmer we had did that but it's still full of bugs and most of the things just won't work. If you access the site you will see it is half done.

We also need another search option to be added to the section 2. At the moment, the customer can search by country, region and city. We need him to be able to be able to select wich neighborhood of that city he wants aswell. We have a list of all neighborhoods of all cities in Brazil.

All databases are MySQL based and every section of the site has an english interface (back end of each section is also in english), making it easier since the site itself works on Brazilian Portuguese. No ASP included, only PHP and Joomla. Each section has its own MySQL database.

It's an easy job, the site must look like:

http://www.webmotors.com.br - Our site has nothing to do with cars, it's only an ispirational design.

As you can see, sections 1 and 3 are both joomla and php based.

Our budget is very low since we had to spend a lot buying scripts and such. Most of the job is already done, it's more about bug fixing. We are willing to spend something around $ 100, a bit more or a bit less. Experienced people only please. I am already late.
