Ajax jquery Auto Complete search using PHP and MYSQL

DescriptionI have a MySQL DB with list of contacts I need an autocomplete script to display relevant results (company and last name) using a search box. The site uses jquery so using that would be the best solution.
These need to link to an edit page that is already designed.
We use PHP with Smarty templates.
I have attached the relevant pages
admin.php (contact query line 124}
adminClock_contacts.tpl.htm (template see line 306)
antique_clocks_2009-11-13.sql (see contact table)
We need a v. quick job. This should be very quick for someone who has done it before.
The successful coder will get FTP access to the test site
