Need an abledating 2.4 expert to fix issues on template

HiI am looking for someone with good experience on the abledating 2.4 software
Code and design.
Abk software made a nice design for us, but left
a couple of issuess that they never wanted to fix after many weeks.
We now need to get the issues resolved fast.
I have the PSD file of the design, all php pages with the design imbeded.
The website hosted with the problematic template is www.erom.co.il
I supply access to the site admin and FTP, everything needed to complete the project
When bidding please explain me why you are be the best to do the job
I'll be very happy if everything could be complete under a week.

so here is the link to the site i recently accomplish.. though it has got the default design..but i assure u if u got to change the theme background image it would be fine and could be done under 100%... but see if it i have to change the order of things on the page it cost 140-180 bucks ...
