Parse SOAP files, return lists to web page via Ajax

Project Description:

Need experienced Ajax - SOAP software developer to write a specific script parsing about 5 levels of user interaction with an HTML web page, with data returned via SOAP/XML and written to the page with Ajax after each user selection. The SOAP syntax and server already exist and work, so this is primarily about parsing the SOAP file and implementing the Ajax. Cannot use Python, Ruby etc, just Ajax, PHP, HTML. No web design or graphics needed, just straight code.

Example:
1. SOAP provides Search Methods list > Ajax writes list to web page > User chooses Search Method in web page>
2. SOAP returns Countries list > Ajax writes list to web page > User chooses Country from list in web page>
3. SOAP returns Regions list > Ajax writes list to web page > User chooses Region from list in web page >
4. SOAP returns Cities list > Ajax writes list to web page > User chooses City in web page>
5. SOAP returns Streets list > Ajax writes list to web page > User chooses a Street from list.> web page links to map page

The SOAP syntax is available. I will QC in my test environment, or may provide remote access to developer if necessary.

Must be proficient at PHP, Javascript, XML, SOAP or WSDLs. Would like to see an example of your prior code doing this kind of work.
