I want a similar kind of site( its made in wordpress) but with a better theme. site like these are being sold in flippa for $50 or less so my budget is not more than that. i want adsense and click bank incorporated, will let you know what categories.

if you see the site it has been well laid out.my requirement is just neat and beautiful theme. i think wordpress can take care of rest. you will have to create design, logo and will have to find relevant pictures for yoga site. i will let you know what i want n menus. u can take site above for refence. only layout changes rest whatever i want is there on the homepage. total pages will not be more than 20. i will provide the content.
