I am looking for a developer to program for the SIM cards. This application sends and receives sms messages and will have a user interface. This application should work on any sim card on any carrier. People with previous experience in sim card programming and completely knowledgeable in this area are encouraged to get in touch. This is a long term project.Skills required:

I just have developed that kind of hardware. Microcontroller based SMS controller. PCB dimensions are 72mm X 75mm (2,8 inch X 2,9 inch).

I just have developed that kind of hardware. Microcontroller based SMS controller. PCB dimensions are 72mm X 75mm (2,8 inch X 2,9 inch).
It has 4 optocoupled inputs and 4 relays/outputs each 2Amp.
It has a SIM holder, and it operates on all(Quad band) GSM networks (800,900,1800,1900)MHz. All SIM cards.
It can send and receive SMS msg-s, and act upon its content. All presetting can be done with one configuration SMS text message.
It can also do action on a single call request.
Security is implemented.
If you are interested in this brand new design(this month), I am open for discussion.
