We are looking for freelancers to build back links from well ranked pages to section pages on our pet shop related website and get section titles (eg Cat Collars) up to the first 30 listings on Google.

This is a well established website (online for about 5 years) which performs well for long phrases but badly for short phrases.

I would like a full description of your plan before being accepted.

The Rules for the campaign are:

1. One way links only (no reciprocal links)
2. Links must be permanent, static html links
3. Manually submitted text links only, with supplied key phrase/text - nothing automatic
4. DEFINITELY NO link exchange programs or web rings.
5. Page must not be excluded by robots.txt and link must not contain the rel=nofollow tag.
6. Active sites only, no under construction or temporary sites.
7. There can be only link per domain and one link per Class C IP address range
8. No payment sites - and the link must be a permanent arrangement
9. No redirects, JavaScript links, hidden links, Flash sites/pages, or other unethical or black-hat tactics.
10. We reserve the right to cancel any link if not found suitable - we will check them all.
11. All Link pages should be from English language sites only - more than 50% should be in the UK
12. Links must be on pages with no more than 20 outbound links.
13. Links should not be listed at illegal and other offensive websites (spam, ban, or blacklisted...)
14. Pets Relevancy required
15. Page where the link is going to take place must have PR2+ (not the domain)
16. Page must be indexed monthly or more by Google
17. Absolutely NO LINKS from bad neighborhoods like Free For All websites, pharmacy, illegal, hacker, porn, violent, or hate-based, guest books, classifieds, dynamic links, spam sites, blacklisted sites, etc.
18. 25 Links must spread over 30 days (do not add a high amount of links to the pages in such a very short time ) so the project total of 125 links need to be completed by March 2010.
19. Links back must use keywords carefully in the anchor text
20. Payment: We will check all links before payment is made. You will need to provide us with the following EXCEL spreadsheet before any payment is made each month:

• Site Name
• Site PR
• Link site exact URL (clickable hyperlink)
• URL Page PR
• IP address
• Anchor Text

Please ensure that:

- Only legitimate SEO (white hat techniques)
- Traffic must be targeted/interested/real
- No spam, bots, robots, link farms, exchanges or automated software
- No visitors from auto surf site. No fake visitors.
- No paid traffic

Please send an update every 7 days to help us stay abreast of link building. We reserve the right not to accept any particular link. You agree to replace any links which are removed within 6 months of project.

I will be paying once the link has been made and sustained for 1 month using PAYPAL.

Please also advise if you can get any keywords to at least pages 4-5 of google.

This is an ongoing project and will continue on a monthly basis if you are deemed successful.

Please let me know of any previous websites of successful projects you have completed. Established personnel with good feedback preferred.
