I looking to set up an FSBO real estate site selling properties in Turkey. My target market will be both Europe and Turkey. I am therefore looking for a bilingual site where on the index page there is a choice between English and Turkish Language(I can provide translation if required).

I am looking for a simple design (please check out PADZ.com) I am looking for the same but for property sales where postings are put on by the house owner not rentals): My requirements are as follows:

1) The site should be split between English and Turkish: Therefore the english side of the site will only show the ads that have been placed in english and the Turkish side will only show ads that have been placed in turkish from the turkish written page. It is my intention to make a small charge for translation to the other part of the site and this needs to be incorporated into the design.

2) It should be possible to add google earth to each add.
3) The site should be SEO
4) A shopping cart
5) Potential customers should be able to search for properties by criteria of their choice (location, price or house size).
6) Property in Turkey tends to be sold in a number of different currencies (Turkish Lira, £,$and €) I therefore need some sort of currency converter that can give an approximate currency conversion and all houses of the relevent value show up in a search regardless of the currency selected.
7) The advertiser should be able to amend their own advert at any time and they should be able to upload their own photos.
8) I should be able to amend charges from free upwards for certain services
