Hi,

We need someone who knows wordpress quite well, what we need is something like this:

In our SEO website I have different packages and buttons of Paypal to pay for them, once some one click on it takes the person directly to paypal, now we want a change in this and we want to put a from first.. like under all our packages there will be a button of “Get this package” which will take the visitor to a form where he needs to fill up all the details required for that package (like, First & Last Name, then website, keyword, url to use, email id, etc) and under this for there will be a Paypal button for one time fee and for monthly subscription with discount code system which will take him to Paypal for paying…

I hope I am able to make things clear, please do not bid if you are not experienced in wordpress, unnecessary bid will be deleted and reported as smap to GAF.
