We have a few statistics calculators on our website for use by our staff and some clients. We'd like to send out a simple, short and useful 'How to guide' on how and why to use the calculators, based on some easy to follow examples, providing guidance etc., The idea is that the guide very short, is easy to follow and will portray a professional helping hand. Namely, Sample Size Calculator, Difference in Proportions Test, Means Calculator, Response Rate Calculator. The Sample Size calculator needs a lot of emphasis as this is used when designing a survey and a stage of the survey where we'd like to be helping clients. Should be some guidance on best sample sizes to use or what realistically works e.g. shy do 1000 interviews when 300 will do!
