Submission in directory

I have neeed that my website is submitted to a list of directory, I have about 400 directory of submission. The work must be done in manual way ( MANUAL WAY because you must do always some things that can be do only if you work in manual way ) [ The directory require the reciprocal link. PLEASE WRITE IF YOU HAVE EXPERIENCE WITH THE RECIPRCAL LINK IN THE DIRECTORIES ] I require the person that have good experinece and their average price for hour is less 2 $ / hours. [ if your price is 1 $ / hour it is better ] MANUAL WAY because you must do always some things that can be do only if you work in manual way. My price can be a fix of 0,2 $ to submission + + 0,4 $ to submission that have success if the % of submission that have succes less of 15 %. + 0,6 $ subm. with sucess if the % of submission with sucess are between 15 % < x < 25 % + 0,1 $ .................... % submission with success between 25 % < x < 35 % + 0.16 $ ................... % submission with success is >= 35 % It is very simple to arrive to value >= 25 % becasue in the submission I want, where is possible, that you choose option of reciprocal links and not that of free links.
