I need someone who knows contact forms very well. I have several problems with my contact form that I need fixed. This may require you to edit email options from my Cpanel.

1. I'm getting the follow errors in my inbox:
Mail Failure - no recipient addresses.
"A message that you sent contained no recipient addresses, and therefore no
delivery could be attempted."
2. Change the contact form so emails don't go into a black hole if the user doesn't select a "department"
