Project Description:
We are looking for someone from Europe to handle:
1.) Customer service & sales
2.) Marketing / PR (additional value)
3.) Business development (additional value)

The position is for part time, and only if you can commit to a long period.
We would like this person to be serious, devoted to work, independent,
initiator (comes with his own ideas). This person should be kind and service oriented.
The tasks that will be required within this position are:
1.) Answering emails, online chats and phone calls of customers - this is both sales (new customers) and customer service for existing customers.
2.) Marketing - Online and Offline.
3.) Business development - contacting potential business partners - knowledge of the Spanish and French market and previous experience in phone sales & business development can help a lot.
4.) Translations: English-Spanish-French.
