Project Description:
Hi

I have a VPS that appears to have been compromised, and being used to send spam emails out.

I did an open relay check: http://www.mailradar.com/openrelay/ on my IP and it shows negative.

In Plesk, I go to "mail queue" and it has 0 in the Local queue. And 9182 in the "remote queue". I haven't got a clue what that means, and if its bad? See screenshot.

My inbox spam folder has tons of bounces of emails that never got through to their intended victim.

The server uses qmail, and has 10 websites on it.

So,
a) is it bad?
b) Is it possible for you to source the hole?
c) and possibly fix it? cost etc

You need to have perfect pedigree if you are to do this for obvious reasons.

thanks
