System administration and customer support for 1 month

Project Description:
I am looking for someone that will help us for our VPN service for system administration and customer support for 1 month.

Here are the work needed:

- Answer technical question tickets related to VPN service.
- Answer sales question tickets.
- Manage accounts according to support requests on WHMCS (cancel account etc.)
- Check the servers daily - for speed, being up or not.
- Fix if a server goes down.
- Check every order for fraud (details will be given on how to)
- Make call back verification (a Skype account loaded with credits will be provided)
- Help customers to setup their vpn connection with Teamviewer when needed.

-You should have excellent English skills,
-You should be an experienced Linux system admin
-You should know how to use WHMCS


My maximum budget for this 1 month support project is: $600. So please bid reasonably.
