Project Description:
I need some expert in WHMCS and cPanel/WHM.
I have WHMCS installed (latest version) on a linux server with cPanel/WHM, I have configured the WHMCS to receive and reply to tickets for my clients, but ticket responses to hotmail email accounts do not reach the user, any message sent from WHMCS come to email accounts from Hotmail, with other domains no have problem, only with Hotmail.
You should know:
My IPs are not blacklisted
SPF and DKIM this correctly configured
EXIM logs shows that email was delivered, but actually the user does not receive the email:
