I want the User-B & User-C to be able delete/update/add the reservation from a resource mailbox in Exchange 2007 when there is an issue or some changes.
Workflow… (enviroment is Outlook 2007 and Exchange 2007, However, solution must future Outlook 2010/2013 & Exchange 2010/2013)
a) User-A books a reservation in a resource mailbox called MeetingRoomA.
b) User-B & User-C are logged on as their own individual AD account and would like to add manage MeetingRoomA by adding the room calendar under his/her current profile.
c) User-B & User-C needs to logs off and login into another AD user account, say RoomSupervisor, and make the necessary reservation changes to MeetingRoomA.
d) The display name after editing should never be User-B's & User-C’s Display Name, if can retain original poster user’s display name or RoomSupervisor.
Of course, (b) is the preferred way but option (c) is also a possibility. If a solution is not possible. Thanks in advance.
i) Futher ideas and logical ideas/solutions are welcome.
ii) Solution MUST WORK, "no bid now and think about solution later" style. If this is possible what is the cost to deliver this solution?
iii) A detailed write up of solution. Step by Step guide is required.
