I need assistance with setting to configure an EdgeMarc 4550-15 call router for PhoneBooth's VOIP service. I have purchased an EdgeMarc 4550 Router to replace TP-Link. The router is connected from a Ubee DDW3611 modem [in bridge mode] out to a Cisco AP and two Cisco switches, one voice with 9 SIP phones and one data.
PhoneBooth's recommendations are:
Please have Edgemarc support with the below settings on the router.
-# SIP Signaling is on ports 5060 to 5090 UDP
-# RTP/Media is on ports 1024 to 19999 UDP
-Make sure consistent Nat is enabled and sip transformation is disabled.
-SPI or ALG needs to be disabled also
-Customer will need to open up the below range of ports on their firewall, or define a rule to allow traffic from our proxy - 188.8.131.52
-Have QoS set up on the router for the VOIP connection.
I basically need a brief description of those settings in EdgeMarc's GUI.
