we have two branches (one main and one subbranch). which use a specialist sales system.
the mainbranch is where the server is located. (server 2003 dell poweredge 2900)
the sales system (which is provided by a uk it company) runs off the server, and all other pc's connect to the server to run the software.
the sub-branch which has 1 pc, was working by some form of vpn, and thats how he was accessing the sales software.
this was done via 2 draytec routers. vigor 2600plus.
the problem was yesterday, we had bt infinity (fibre optic) installed and because we had to change our main branch's router to a bt business hub3 (because the draytec was not fibre-optic enabled)
all pcs and server work at main, but the subbranch is unable to connect to our server like they did before. they are now using teamviewer to temporarily access the sales software.
we want it working as before.
