Hello Bidders, I am giving a training class that is based on an interesting book: Rapid Transformation - A 90 day plan for fast and effective change by Behnam Tabrizi I have read the book and it is pretty good. I need a powerpoint of the books' contents, the step by step plan etc. - in a very concise format. There is a lot of extra information, like case studies, company executive comments and filler material in the book that is good but takes up too much time to review with the class. The project would be to read the book and then create powerpoint of the exact step by step plan and other information contained in the book, while leaving out the supplementary material. There is no real limit to the number of slides. The key thing is that step by step plan should be articulated clearly in the appropriate number of slides. Ideally, you must be a business major or a management consultant with some years of management experience or an academic with experience in creating strategies. You must have some knowledge of the management and strategy execution environment to be able to read, analyze and then present clearly. I would like to have the ppt delivered in about 2 weeks. The book is about 300 pages of relevant text. It will take you about 2-3 days to finish the book and make notes and then create the ppt after that.
