We are a National Environmental Consulting and Engineering firm called OCTIEF (www.octief.com.au). We use a set of standard report templates such as environmental management plans and risk assessments. We are seeking a microsoft word specialist that is experienced in microsoft word document automation and integration, creation of data-rich business documents, and integration of documents to increase business processes efficiency.
We have a set of 10 microsoft word reports (each about 20 - 40 pages in size) that need to be standardised into a set of proforma reports that are well laid out, well formatted, and structured to only allow the site specific text to be changed. The styles need to be standardised also.
