We are web development company in USA. We are looking for virtual assistant/Customer Support Staff to work on day-to-day activities. It will be 40hr/week schedule. We are looking active, organized and outgoing personalities to apply for this post. The job requirements include the following but not limited to :
- Attend Phone calls from our clients and explain them about our products and services.
- Call new clients and explain about our products.
- Check Emails and reply.
- Blog Posting
- Web Research
- Should work in Pacific Standard Time. Monday thru Friday ( 10AM - 5 PM ), Saturday (12 PM - 5PM), Sunday is off.
1. Should have high speed internet connection.
2. Should have an ambience where you can talk to our clients using PC comfortably without any disturbance. Must possess headset with MIC.
3. Should have an affirmative voice and confidence. Must be fluent in English preferably American English. Should be able to convert clients into customers.
4. Great customer service skills.
5. Should be able to multi-task between attending phone calls and other activities.
6. Work in a fast paced environment without losing quality.
7. Some experience in blog posting is desired but not required.
