Your task in short (I have a much more detailed briefing for you, let me know if would like to receive it and I will provide you with it): Help me getting my name out. I anticipate to be fully booked - meaning 2 family shootings (maternity, newborn or children) per week for 45 weeks per year plus 15 weddings per year by the middle of 2014.
1. For family photography (targeted area Bavaria):
A. Address research, telephone marketing, data entry in Excel professions. I will send marketing material (flyers) to the authorized addresses.
B. Get me published in children/family relevant press. Interviews welcome. Local press very welcome. Unlikely, but I might need help with the content.
C. Build up co-operations with hospitals/maternity wards for small permanent exhibitions of newborn photography.
D. Produce ideas for product placement with luxury hotels, foreigners, tourists, expats. I am bilingual and lived abroad - I would like to use that.
E. To be discussed: Facebook, Google+ and LinkedIn Marketing. Not high on the agenda, but if you are skilled and interested, lets talk.
2. For wedding photography (targeted area is Bavaria but also the rest of Germany, Austria, Switzerland).
Build up co-operations with wedding vendors who will recommend me: wedding planers, bridal fashion stores, event locations.
I have worked with inhouse admin staff and virtual assistants (hourly rates). Both didn't earn their money's worth. Nowadays I prefer to work on a success based reward system. If you are interested in the job, I will give you specifics.
