But I want to clarify some things as well, in regards to the sales..I will need 5 or 10 agents if possible start this campaign . I would actually require each agent must reach atleast $150 approved sale in a day. It would be really hard for me if I'm paying them with out any sale.... So I will pay $80 per representative for the first week but of course they need to make a sale and after the first week the if your agents are good in selling prior to the $2p/h I will add %10 COMMISSION of the approved sale.
if you reach they $150 each day, on top of the $2 an hour I will add 10% commission per approved sale that they made. So basically after the trial if they reach $150approved sale, 10% of that is $ right? so you will get $16+$15= $31 so that's php31*41.05=1272.55php each day. So please tell me frankly if this works with your team or not.
